The System Purpose 


The Procurement Department of the Corporate Communications Division has invested in a new purchasing system. The purpose of this new system is to:

  • Offer every authorized staff member a quick, flexible method of procuring the products and services that they require to serve the membership.
  • Assure our management that each purchase has been placed with a respected supplier at a competitive price.
  • Require each supplier to supply quality products and services according to the terms and conditions of their contract.
  • Maintain healthy supplier relations by timely approval and payment of all invoices due.
  • Supply the Chamber with timely and accurate supply-side management reporting based on the most cost effective state-of-the-art technology. 
  • Promote efficiency, and in turn, reduce our administrative costs.
